GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES:
Our group exercise classes are a combination of Pilates-inspired and strengthening based exercises incorporating the use of resistance bands, light weights and foam rollers. These classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, stability and posture to get you moving through life better. All classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels, and ages, and our Physiotherapist can tailor any exercise to suit each body.
Prior to joining the class you will have an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists to discuss any musculoskeletal issues or concerns and to assess strength, mobility and balance. This allows us to make sure you are getting the most out of the classes!
Spaces are often limited and bookings are essential.
